Why won't our government act?

Step outside and you see more and more foreigners on our soil here in the U.S.A.

They just continue using our services and if we don't like it, our government will protect them.

If they are hurt or sick, we take care of them, but if we use similar services, we must pay more to cover their medical cost.

We, as English speaking taxpayers, just keep paying and we just can't convince our government to do something to help solve these problems.
