A tribute to Chaka

Little landmarks

Miniature representations of famous American landmarks are featured in the Model Railroad Garden at the Chicago Botanic Garden, 1000 Lake-Cook Road, Glencoe. Model trains roll by the landmarks and colorful small-scale gardens. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the railroad garden is $3-$5. General admission to the Chicago Botanic Garden is free. Youthful music

The art of Italy

The "Doppio Sogno Dell'Art" traveling exhibit is now at the Instituto Italiano di Cultura, 500 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1450, Chicago. Line up and dance!
