Key vote Tuesday in Mount Prospect
At the Mount Prospect village board meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m., the mayor and trustees will decide on changing the way the village awards contracts and the look of downtown.
They will be deciding on the proposal to close Busse Avenue and donate it along with other properties in the Triangle totaling $10 million to a developer in a no-bid contract.
And to approve the construction of two seven-story glass towers and a parking deck in the heart of downtown Mount Prospect.
If you have any opinions about this, contact the mayor of any trustee or voice your opinion at the board meeting.
