Legislators don't deserve pay raises

I'm writing in protest of the 7 percent raise the legislators are giving themselves. With all the free perks they get?

Seniors get a 2 percent raise and that's doing us a big favor when everything else goes up 10 percent.

Prices for food, gas and medicine keeps rising, plus utilities want more money.

Jobs are flying out of the country and people with children have to feed them on no paychecks. The only entertainment some families have is TV and now we have to change to cable, like it or not.

How to pay this new expense?

Politicians promise us the sun and moon and when they get into office.

Forget it, Charley. We don't know you and we don't owe you anything.

They have their big bucks and know all the loopholes to keep them. What happens to your big bucks when the USA goes bankrupt because we owe so much to other countries? Think about it.
