Town and Country Homes announces Gold Card program

Town and Country Homes announces the introduction of its Gold Card program, part of the company's 50th anniversary celebration. For a limited time, buyers at any Town and Country new home community can receive a free Gold Card, which is redeemable upon the purchase of a new home for a variety of products and services, such as deluxe options, cash to cover closing costs and much more.

Depending on community and home purchased, the Gold Card is pre-loaded with a set dollar value in the thousands, which can mean huge savings for home buyers. The Town and Country Gold Card is available at Town and Country communities including Churchill Club, Steeplechase and Hunt Club in Oswego, Providence in Elgin, Liberty Lakes in Wauconda, Cider Grove in Huntley and Remington Pointe in Volo.

"To help celebrate our 50th anniversary, we have introduced the Gold Card program at all of our new home communities in northern Illinois. This is a great opportunity for buyers who may be on the fence, wondering when the best time is to purchase a new home. The Gold Card program can mean savings of thousands of dollars and can be used in a wide variety of ways, which can be a real plus for many buyers. Coupled with our exclusive Home Transition program called 'House 2 Sell' that takes the worry out of selling an existing home, now is the perfect time to make a new home purchase and save big to boot," said Brian Murphy, vice president of operations for Town and Country Homes.

Home buyers can receive a Town and Country Gold Card by stopping by any Town and Country new home community. The card can be redeemed when a purchase contract is signed, for the amount of savings determined at the time the contract is made.

One of the best features of the Gold Card program is its flexibility that allows buyers to use the card's value in any number of ways or to split the savings and use some of the amount toward options and the remainder to help cover closing costs.

If buyers choose to use their Gold Card to help pay for options, they will want to take a look at Town and Country's new "Green Package" options, a selection of extra features designed to save energy and help preserve the environment.

A small sampling of these "Green Package" options include paddle fan outlets, renewable wood flooring, high efficiency heating and cooling systems and Energy Star appliances. Buyers can get a complete list of Town and Country's "Green Package" options at any sales center or directly from the company's Inspirations Design Studio.

All Town and Country sales centers are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily or by appointment. For a complete listing of communities in northern Illinois, visit www.townandcountryhomes.com.
