Showcase your talents at the 38th annual Granquist Music Competition that promotes music performance, competition and education for serious students of music. Participants are grouped by instrument, age and years of instruction and judged by highly qualified musicians. Agency receives $25,000

DayOneNetwork has received a $25,000 grant from Pedersen Family Foundation. DayOne serves as the "front door" to the service system for children and adults with developmental delays and developmental disabilities who reside in Kane and Kendall counties and Hanover Township in Cook County. It works to ensure that children and adults with special needs are identified, evaluated and linked with services appropriate to their needs. The Pedersen Family Foundation provides funding for health, higher education, programs for people with disabilities and the elderly and programs that address unmet human and social needs. West Chicago High School District 94 is seeking nominees for a new Hall of Honor established to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the school, community or society.
