Wright should be mad at Democrats

Barack Obama's former pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, made the bold claim that the federal government allowed the attack on Pearl Harbor to happen just so the U.S. had an excuse to enter World War II.

But who ran the country at that time? It was the Democrat president, Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Regarding the mass destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, again, the Democrat president, Truman, ordered the use of atom bombs on these Japanese cities. So, why blame America?

Regarding Wright's charge of Israeli oppression of Palestinians, he blamed America, as if every American endorsed the terrorism committed by some Israelis. Whom should he really blame? The Democrats --President Harry Truman first gave recognition to Israel, which began American military and financial support.

Regarding the invention of AIDS to wipe out black people, Wright completely ignored the legalization of abortion that has had the same effect. Democrats made abortion their special project from the beginning.

Black women endure an abortion rate 4 times that of white women. Are black persons supposed to focus only on AIDS and not pay any attention to abortion?

Slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK, they all belong to the Democrat Party. On the other hand, Republicans formed their own party specifically to end slavery.

He spilled his beans when he slammed Dick Cheney for avoiding military service. Cheney, of course, is a Republican. He could have cited a Democrat like Bill Clinton, but that would have undermined support for the Democrat Party.

Whatever Wright is preaching, it ain't the Gospel of Jesus.
