Young Eagles rally set for this Sunday

EAA Chapter 101 holds a Young Eagles Rally from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at Schaumburg Regional Airport, located at Irving Park Road and Wright Boulevard. Boys and girls ages 8 to 17 will get a chance to fly in a private airplane.

Meet the pilots and see different types of aircraft. The rally is held weather permitting. For more information or to register, call Chuck Soumar at (708) 788-6390.

Monart, Prairie Center host exhibit

Arlington Heights' Monart Drawing Studio and Prairie Center for the Arts will host an opening reception for Monart's new art exhibit from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the center, 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg.
