Toll Brothers hosts a New Home Expo from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday, at Hawthorn Woods Country Club and six other communities.
Experts will be on hand to explain building technology and allow visitors a peek behind the scenes to discover state-of-the-art construction techniques and learn how Toll Brothers' homes are built from start to finish.
Potential buyers can participate in educational workshops on home decorating and staging, landscape design, and new home technology.
Plus, Toll Brothers is opening the doors to a number of homes complete or nearly complete as well as their professionally decorated models at each of their communities.
At Hawthorn Woods Country Club, a Viking expert will entertain guests with a cooking demonstration in the Carmel model. Guests are invited to taste samples of his culinary feast from noon to 2 p.m. both days.
A representative from Real Estaging will discuss and demonstrate how to stage a home for a quick sale. Anyone who is trying to sell a home in today's market is invited to pick up some great pointers. Visitors can also participate in educational workshops on landscape design and new home technology.
In addition to touring five decorated single-family homes and townhouses and five quick delivery homes, guests will have an opportunity to walk through several private homes.
