Summer camps: Chicago Bears Youth Football Camps will be offered in June and July. The non-contact day camps are for players ages 6-14.

Football

Lions registration: The Lions youth tackle football program for Des Plaines, Mount Prospect and Prospect Heights will hold registrations from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and May 10 at RecPlex, 420 W. Dempster St., Mount Prospect. The fee is $280 for tackle and $150 for flag. Cheerleading is open to girls ages 5 to 14 and offers regular or competition cheer opportunities.

Golf

Ladies league: The Twilighters of Rob Roy Golf Course in Prospect Heights seeks players to join its Monday afternoon league. Play runs Monday through Aug. 25. Tee times start at 3:50 p.m. and end at 4:22 p.m.

Ladies league: The Palatine Ladies 9-Hole Golf League plays on Mondays with tee times from 7:15 to 8:27 a.m. Monday to Aug. 18. Annual fee, $45, and greens fees are paid weekly to the course. Soccer

Holiday tournament: Grove United Soccer Association, a non-for-profit organization, will hold its annual soccer tournament May 23-26 at Willow Stream Park. The association wants to raise money for scholarships to give less fortunate kids an opportunity to play soccer at a competitive level.

The cost for the Memorial Day Shootout for U8-U11 costs $425 and $475 for U12-U19.
