Hoffman Estates' kids' clinic today

The Hoffman Estates Department of Health and Human Services will holds its children's immunization clinics from 3:30 to 6 p.m. today and May 5 at the Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center and Ice Arena, 1685 W. Higgins Road.

Use the center's front parking lot to access the entrance facing Higgins Road, as the clinic room is inside on the left. The clinic costs $5 for residents of Hoffman Estates, the village of Schaumburg and Hanover Township, $7 for others.

The clinic is for underinsured children ages 2 months to 18 years; shot records are required. Payment is with cash, check or AllKids. For information, call village nursing supervisor Cathy Dagian at (847) 781-4864.
