Motorola boosts worker incentives
SCHAUMBURG -- Motorola Inc. said Wednesday in a federal filing its board approved an incentive plan March 27 to help retain employees. It will provide rewards, attract premier talent, align individual efforts with business goals and reward employees for strong business performance, the document said. It replaces another incentive plan developed two years ago. All employees, including CEO Greg Brown, will receive such incentives. Brown's incentive will hinge on performance of the mobile devices unit that makes phones.
