Three area CPA firms to merge

BIK & Co., certified public accountants and management consultants, announced it merged with two area CPA firms: Folisi, Samz & Co. of Schaumburg and Soprano & Associates Ltd. of Arlington Heights. The combined firms will have its main office in Palatine with other locations in Libertyville and North Barrington. Combining the accounting, audit, tax and consulting services of the three firms accelerates the strategy of building a leading local firm, said Larry Schmitt, managing partner with BIK.
