Basketball
3 on 3 tourney: The Rolling Meadows Athletic Booster Club will hold its 13th annual 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament April 6 at Rolling Meadows High School, 2901 W. Central Road, Rolling Meadows. All boys and girls from third grade through high school are eligible to participate. Entry fees are $120. The registration deadline is Monday. Space is limited to the first 150 teams. Spring tournament: North American Youth Sports still has openings in its April 18 through 20 spring youth basketball tournament at Lake Geneva High School. The entry deadline is Friday.
The tournament has 10 different brackets, for boys and girls: fifth and sixth grade; seventh grade; eighth grade; ninth and 10th grade and 11th and 12th grade. All grades are based on the grade in which a student is currently enrolled. The entry fee is $120 per team with a guarantee of a minimum of two games. Awards will be presented in each bracket.

Fishing
Members wanted: Midwest Bassbusters, a bass fishing club, seeks a few new members at any level of experience. The group fishes one weekend a month from April through October, and monthly meetings are held at Where Else Lounge, Higgins and Lively roads in Elk Grove Village. Golf
Players wanted: Mount Prospect Senior Mixed Golf League is looking for golfers at ages 55 and older for the league which plays on Wednesday from May 7 to Sept. 24 at Mount Prospect Golf Course. Tee times start at 6:32 a.m. and end at 8:16 a.m. The season kicks off with a luncheon April 25 and ends with a luncheon on Oct. 5 The $50 cost includes both luncheons, reserved tee times and prizes.
