Cary Junior High takes on the Roaring '20s

Students from Cary Junior High on the 8 Blue Team donned flapper-style dresses, cloche hats, long beads and gangster suits for a swell and ritzy look as they became a part of the decade that never slept -- the 1920s!

The young shebas and sheiks were peppy and creative as they wrote and performed copacetic skits in language arts class from the material that was studied in history class.

The skits were the bee's knees and caused many students to have a belly laugh over the antics of their classmates.

The activity was the cat's meow, and students gained an appreciation for the bold and daring people of this era.
