Motorola makes executive changes

SCHAUMBURG -- Motorola Inc. Tuesday made three appointments as it continues to restructure its management team, all effective immediately. Controller Marc Rothman, 43, becomes the new chief financial officer of the Mobile Devices business. Corporate vice president in finance, Laurie Meissner, 50, becomes chief accounting officer for the entire corporation. Kyle Spainhour will continue as head of corporate financial analysis.
