Children found alone in car

Amanda R. Richardson, 28, 1990 Hilbrook, Hoffman Estates, was arrested around 4:15 p.m. Friday and charged with endangering the life of a child and resisting a peace officer after a witness saw her three children alone in her car at Woodfield Shopping Center, police said. According to reports, the three children, ages 8 months and 9 and 3 years old, were alone in the car approximately 45 minutes. She struggled with officers during the arrest, reports indicated. Her Rolling Meadows court date was set for April 1.
