New building in senior housing concept offered
Point in Time, Inc., a senior housing concept builder, has broken ground on its second "Aging in Place" community for persons ages 62 and over, Windmill Meadows in Walworth, WI. Point in Time, Inc.'s first community, Serenity Creek in Woodstock, has met with great success and only has a few homes remaining. Four Seasons, located in Marengo, is scheduled to start construction this Fall. Both Windmill Meadows and Four Seasons have pre-construction pricing opportunities available for buyers, while there are still sales incentives available at Serenity Creek. Prices start in the mid-$200s.
Point in Time, Inc. attributes its ongoing success to the positive reception its unique Guaranteed Buy-Back Purchase Program has received in the market, along with its exclusive Human Centered Design construction. According to Michael R. Reschke, President, one of the greatest advantages to its Guaranteed Buy-Back Purchase Program is that buyers are literally guaranteed to have their homes bought back within 60 days of when it is vacated for any reason. "Just think about the positive impact this can have on one's financial circumstances or that of one's estate," Reschke said. "It's the ultimate in financial security and flexibility, regardless of market conditions."
Point in Time, Inc.'s exclusive Human Centered Design construction principles ensure that each community and home is designed from the ground up to accommodate both the current and future physical needs of its homeowners ages 62 and over. According to Reschke, traditional home designs are based on meeting the needs of an "average" person with no consideration of the broad spectrum of human functional abilities and changes that occur throughout the lifetime. The Human Centered Design perspective creates homes that enhance safety, health, ergonomics, work efficiency, comfort, convenience, social participation, and marketability. "These aren't concepts which help just seniors live better lives," Reschke notes. "These are home design elements which really make lives better for people of all ages."
Reschke stated, "The Point in Time concept is a unique one in this area. Seniors and their families arc excited to learn about this new alternative for retirement living. I'm very excited about all three of our communities and what each one offers to seniors to make their lives easier. This is the kind of lifestyle they've earned and they deserve." Reschke concluded, "We invite everyone to visit us at our Serenity Creek Sales Center in Woodstock to discover for themselves just how special our communities are."
