Schaumburg resident Erica L. Salgado joined Schaumburg-based Coordinated Benefits Co. as a bilingual account manager to manage and assist the company's small group clients. Salgado was previously a human resource assistant at Tech Lighting LLC in Skokie.

Tom Rolando was appointed executive vice president technologies for Wisdom Global Adhesives Group, Elgin. Rolando has more than 20 years experience as a technical expert in the adhesives, coating and sealant industry.

Menini, oncology/hematology, LaGrange Oncology Associates, Geneva; and Saima Jalal, ophthalmology, Fox Valley Ophthalmology, St. Charles.

The American Academy of Implant Dentistry named Sharon Bennett executive director to succeed the retiring J. Vincent Shuck.

Rolling Meadows-based Northrop Grumman Corp. named John J. Buckley Jr. vice president of engineering and manufacturing for the central region of the company's electronic systems sector, and Carl R. Smith vice president of infrared countermeasures for the company's defensive systems division.

Skokie-based NanoInk Inc. appointed James M. Hussey chief executive officer as well as a member of its board of directors. Hussey previously served with Ovation Pharmaceuticals Inc.

David Weeks, a financial professional with AXA Advisors LLC, Naperville, earned a certificate in retirement planning from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Martin J. Simpson

Elmhurst resident Martin J. Simpson was named president and chief executive officer of Daubert Cromwell, a global manufacturer of anti-corrosion packaging material for industry. Simpson has held progressively responsible management roles since joining the company in 1998.
