Software firm picks CDW Healthcare

VERNON HILLS -- CDW Healthcare, part of the public-sector subsidiary of CDW Corp. and a leading provider of technology systems to health-care organizations, announced it entered into an agreement with iMedica Corp., a developer of health-related software for physician practices, to deploy hardware systems compatible with iMedica's Patient Relationship Manager software. The PRM software, fully integrated into technology solutions from CDW Healthcare, combines electronic health record and practice management capabilities into a single application operating from a unified database.
