Thank you, dear Good Samaritans

To the editor: I am writing to send a note of thanks to the young lady, Cathy (I do not know her last name) and her friend who stopped to help me, when I was recently stalled at a stop sign on Colfax Street in Palatine.

Her kindness and concern was very much appreciated and she also volunteered to get help for me from the Palatine Police Department. (Their kind help and assistance was very much appreciated, also.)

It's reassuring to know we still have Good Samaritans out in the community to help others in time of need.
