Impact fee to pay off bonds
Huntley Unit District 158 won't have to tap taxpayers to pay off bonds it issued for the $11.8 million Marlowe Middle School addition that opened this year, board Vice President Tony Quagliano said. Instead, the district will be able to pay off the bonds by the 2011-12 school year using developer fees. "There's enough coming in to get these paid off according to schedule," Quagliano said. "It's not going to cost taypayers money."
