New floor plans debut at Talamore
Ryland Homes has responded to buyer demand at Talamore in Huntley introducing two new floor plans, one of which is priced in the $290,000s and appeals to starter families.
The other is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath plan geared toward move-up buyers.
The plans, the 2,235-square-foot Asbury and the 3,800-square-foot Newcastle, are among other home designs in the Landmark Series at Talamore.
"Starter families are looking for a traditional two-story home with a manageable monthly payment so we designed the Asbury and priced it at $295,990," said Robert Meyn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes, one of two neighborhood developers at Talamore.
"To the opposite end of the spectrum, our growing families wanted more room in the kitchen and family room as well as added bathrooms."
Located on Route 47 and Talamore Boulevard, just one mile north of Algonquin Road in Huntley, Talamore is a recreationally-rich 806-acre master-planned community. In addition to the over 2,000 homes planned for the neighborhood, Talamore boasts 170 acres of open space, including an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a party room, concession area, tot-lot and an outdoor pool. In addition to the Landmark Series, Ryland offers single-family homes in the Hartford Series ranging from 2,653 to 4,229 square feet in size with homes priced from $369,990 to $457,990. Ryland also offers maintenance-free town-houses ranging from 1,310 to 1,690 square feet in size and priced from $204,990 to $232,990. Both single-family and townhouse models are open daily for touring.
