Gallagher closes on Yanni buyout

ITASCA -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Thursday said it completed the previously reported acquisition of Yanni Partners Inc. of Pittsburgh. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Yanni Partners is an institutional investment consulting firm. Their specialization includes health-care organizations, endowments, Taft-Hartley Plans, public funds and religious organizations.
