Robbery suspects sought by Wheaton police

Police are looking for three men who robbed a woman Tuesday night in a Wheaton parking lot.

The robbery occurred at 8:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Monticello Apartments complex, located at 999 S. Lorraine Road.

Wheaton police said one of the three men displayed a silver-colored handgun while demanding the woman's purse. The three men then fled in the woman's car, a four-door, silver 2004 Honda Civic, police said.

One of the three robbery suspects is described as between 20 and 30 years of age, between 6 feet and 6 feet, 2 inches tall with a slender build.
