Arden offers info on Vets' Aid

Arden Courts Alzheimer's Assisted Living of Elk Grove is holding a free seminar on the Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefit program at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 1940 Nerge Road, Elk Grove Village. District 62 to hold 'Comedy Review 2'

District 62 Education Foundation has will hold another improvisation-themed evening, "Comedy Review 2" at 6 p.m., Feb. 1 at Grazie! Ristorante, 1050 E. Oakton St., Des Plaines. This year features the five-member comedy team Improv Unlimited. Tickets are $40 and include dinner, silent auction, bag and 50/50 raffles, and the comedy performance. Girls can dance with Dad Feb. 2

"An Enchanted Evening with Daddy -- The Princess Ball" will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 2 at Prospect High School field house, 801 W. Kensington Road, Mount Prospect. The dance is open to girls ages 3-10 and their dads, or a special adult male in their lives. The cost is $15 per dad, and girls get in free.
