Ted Cox column was rude, classless

I have just read the first paragraph of your (Ted Cox) column, Jan. 4. My anger is boiling over.

How low and disgusting of a human being could write such a rude statement. A few motherism come to mind right now: "There by the grace of God, could be me" and "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

The comments about Dick Clark were classless. Mr. Clark suffered a major stroke; his return to television should be viewed as a victory. Not a nuisance or disgust as you seem to feel.

I don't feel it is fair to take pot shots at people who have disabilities.
