AAR Corp. calls for note redemption

WOOD DALE -- AAR Corp. announced that it will redeem in full on Feb. 12 the company's 2.875 percent convertible senior notes due in 2024. The aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding is about $16.36 million. On the redemption date, the notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 100.958 percent of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.
