Rick Levin & Associates, Inc., a Chicago-based real estate auction marketing firm, will conduct multiple-property auctions of Chicago area residential properties for a major national lender. The auction will take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at the Crown Plaza Chicago-O'Hare located at 5440 N. River Road in Rosemont.

Some of the individual properties include single-family homes located at 21315 Brown Dr. in Frankfort, 1805 S. Cumberland in Park Ridge and 708 N. Lavergne in Wilmette plus a condominium at 33 W. Ontario, Chicago. The properties are previously valued from $44,900 up to $800,000, with starting bids beginning at $10,000. A cashier's check in the amount of $5,000 is required to bid.
