Woodridge man pleads guilty to sex with minor
Approximately a year after being charged, a Woodridge man pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of enticing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity.
Huston Kline, 29, of the 7600 block of Woodridge Drive, had initially been hit with seven charges, but they will be dropped as part of his plea agreement.
Kline met a 13-year-old girl on MySpace and persuaded her to come to his grandparents' home, where he lived, and have sex with him, according to the agreement.
He also got her and a girlfriend to take nude pictures of themselves and e-mail them to him.
Kline also faces charges in DuPage County for the same incident and will have his sentence in those charges run concurrently with his federal sentence, his plea agreement says.
Under federal sentencing guidelines, Kline faces 360 months to life in prison when he is sentenced March 6 at 1:30 p.m., according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark Schneider. Schneider prosecuted the case.
