Concrete, asphalt will solve problems

The idea of traffic cameras to ease traffic is a waste of money. The only thing that will solve the traffic in this county is concrete and asphalt. What we need are new highways, however every time a new highway is proposed it is blocked by NIMBY tree huggers.
