She issues an invitation to dance off Thanksgiving turkey at 7:30 p.m. Friday rather than the normal Thursday session of the Fermilab International Folk Dancing group, which meets at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays at Fermilab's Kuhn Barn on Sauk Boulevard, north on Batavia Road in Fermilab's Village.

Newfield also meets with the Silk and Thistle Scottish country dancers from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays and the English country dancers from 2 to 5 p.m. the first Sunday of the month at the barn.
