Naperville police look for counterfeiters

Naperville police are trying to identify two men who passed two counterfeit $100 bills on Halloween at the Walgreens store at 87th and Washington streets.

The men left the area driving a blue older model Ford Ranger pick-up truck with an extended cab, chrome wheel-well moldings and an open bed, police said Wednesday.

The counterfeit $100 bills have a serial number of FG080597 12A. Similar bills recently were passed in Chicago, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
