Plan flexibility offered by Reserve One

At Reserve One Homes, buyers can customize basic floor plans to fit their lifestyle, whether it's a 4,000-square-foot single family home or a 1,300-square-foot townhouse.

A recent buyer at Glacial Trails in Ringwood, Reserve One's newest single family community, reconfigured the entire first floor with the help of Reserve One's in-house architectural designer, John Sieck.

"The buyer wanted to modify the first floor to add an in-law suite for her parents, so we changed the living room and den areas to fit those particular needs," said Sieck. Changes were also made to enlarge the garage and customize the kitchen to accommodate the space requirements for a family of seven.

"It's not just the larger homes that can be customized. We've also modified townhouse floor plans to add a second-floor den or create a breakfast bar," added Sieck.

"We're used to making changes to help our buyers achieve the home of their dreams," said Lisa Porter-Loftus, partner of Reserve One.

For a limited time, Reserve One is also offering several ways for buyers to customize their new home. Available through November 30, are the inclusion of a gourmet kitchen, complete with hardwood flooring, 42-inch standard cabinets and stainless steel appliance package for single family home buyers. A limited number of townhouses will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year, and these homes will include additional options at no charge.

Special financing packages are also available on townhouses ready for delivery by the end of the year, including an interest rate buy down fixed rate mortgage, as well as a first-time home buyer program.
