Not enough money to bust protesters

No wonder DuPage County State's Attorney Joe Birkett wants to buck the budget and hire more prosecutors. With all those anti-war protesters and Bush-Cheney bashers out there disrupting traffic with banners and throwing motions, he is going to need a herd of them.
