Briefs: ClickBase joins software program
SCHAUMBURG -- IFS, a global enterprise applications company, announced that business intelligence vendor ClickBase has joined the IFS North American Software Partner Program. ClickBase offers a business intelligence solution that can be quickly implemented and integrated with IFS applications. It will also allow companies to link IFS applications to other databases or third party products and create consolidated reports across these multiple platforms.
Family Dollar inks deal with Nielsen
SCHAUMBURG -- The Nielsen Co. announced it renewed its agreement with Family Dollar Stores Inc., strengthening the companies' existing relationship and establishing Nielsen as Family Dollar's preferred in-house information provider. Nielsen has provided marketing information support to Family Dollar since 2004. Under the new multi-year contract, Nielsen will provide a more complete understanding of Family Dollar customers' shopping behavior.
