Our forefathers had the right idea

Our forefathers who shed blood for freedom; I respect that. If they wanted "In God We Trust" on our currency, so be it. They also penned the Constitution and the Bill of Rights -- the same freedom the Shermans can enjoy to protest, the same freedom I enjoy voicing my opinion.

On the Buffalo Grove High School student council, Rob Sherman's daughter voiced her opinion. Did 11 others really feel that way?

Personally, I prefer the song as written. "God Bless America" and "In God We Trust" on currency.
