Police seek missing senior

Police are searching for a 72-year-old man after he went missing Saturday from his Wood Dale house, police said.

Armando Monarrez left his house and was last seen on foot in Bensenville Saturday evening near the intersection of York and Green, Wood Dale police said. Monarrez is 5'3" tall and weighs about 160 lbs.

He has gray hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hat, a red and gray jacket and blue pants. He also has an ID tag on his wrist.

Monarrez gets disoriented easily and has gone missing before, police said. If you see a person matching his description, please contact your local police department or Wood Dale police at (630)766-2060.
