Briefs: CDW announces daily sales increase
VERNON HILLS -- CDW Corp., a provider of technology products and services to business, government and education, announced average daily sales for September were $36.4 million, an increase of 22.6 percent compared to average daily sales last year. Total sales for September were $692 million, an increase of 16.5 percent. As previously announced, CDW completed the acquisition of Berbee Information Networks Corp. in Oct. 2006.
Hispanic magazine honors Abbott
LIBERTYVILLE TOWNSHIP -- Abbott has been named to Hispanic Business magazine's list of the nation's best companies for Hispanics.
