Haverford Place nearing close out

Haverford Place in Hoffman Estates is down to its last 13 maintenance-free ranch-style houses for those 55 and over.

One of the homes is a professionally-decorated model, and two are for early delivery.

Buyers may simply select their interior finishes and can expect to be in their new home within 60 days.

All ten floor plans are still available to be built on the remaining ten home sites.

The 2,014-square-foot Dublin features a wrap-around front porch that leads to the foyer.

The Dublin and Carlisle are both at the drywall stage and should be ready for move-in before the holidays.
