Elegant townhouse living at Maison Du Comte

The 106 townhouses of Maison Du Comte are elegant, fully custom and done in a vintage European cityscape style. The setting is private. The frontage is a striking array of decorative brick and stone walls in combination with wrought iron style barrel and spire fences, including an automatic gated entry.

Base prices start at $499,000, with finished prices ranging between $550,000 and $850,000.

Maison Du Comte offers the opportunity to design your own townhouse. Add or change anything you wish, from floor to ceiling, watts to windows. You can also change the size, location and number of bedrooms or bathrooms, along with the colors and finishes.

The "built to last" construction includes the latest technology and procedures, using premium components that require less regular maintenance. As a result, the homeowner's association costs will be less.

The standard features included with each home include Andersen Series 400 windows with new High Performance Low E4 glass, specially formulated to reduce water spotting by 99 percent and built to the highest thermal efficiency available in their product line.

Also included are 50-year architectural shingle roofs, full lumber frame construction, high specification streets built to last longer, two private community entrances with in-car remotes, and ornately styled automatic gates to be constructed between brick and stone walls at both entrances, double footing drains, which minimize drainage concerns and Rub-R-Wall rubber coated basement foundation walls with lifetime warranties against water infiltration.

There are two connected phases of these unique townhouses. The first phase of 68 homes, located on Algonquin Road just west of Roselle Road, is nearing completion and will soon be closed out. The models are now for sale.

Construction is ongoing in the second phase of 38 townhouses with 18 sales to date. The entrance for the second phase is on Roselle Road just north of Algonquin Road.

A variety of facades, first- or second-floor master bedroom plans, and English/look-out or walk-out basement styles are available. You may custom design your own home or choose from six different models ranging in size from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet.

Mike and Tammy Sage of Woodsmen, Inc., which builds exclusively for Inverland Russell, offer fully custom design planning, and a wide selection of features and options.
