Jacobs building 2 neighborhoods in Lake County

Jacobs Homes is introducing two new multi-family home communities -- Aspen Pointe in Vernon Hills and Chelsey Crossing in Gurnee.

Aspen Pointe, a community of 132 rowhomes, is located in Vernon Hills. Priced in the upper-$300,000s, the rowhomes will feature three-story brick and cast limestone exteriors, Buyers can choose from two floor plans with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, attached two-car garages and 2,300 to more than 2,400 square feet.

Buyers looking for traditional designs in attached single-family living are finding homes at Chelsey Crossing, a community of 52 homes set on a 15-acre wooded site in Gurnee.

Chelsey Crossing features three two-story maintenance-free floor plans with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and 2,000 to 2,400 square feet of living space. Prices start in the low-$300,000s.

For a limited time at Chelsey Crossing, Jacobs Homes is giving buyers a $20,000 credit to purchase home furnishings from Toms-Price.

Chelsey Crossing is nestled in a heavily wooded site featuring ponds, a stone bridge, nature trails and more.

Aspen Pointe is located on the southwest side of Route 60 just west of Aspen Drive in Vernon Hills. An onsite sales center and furnished models are open -- turn south onto Aspen Drive, and then a quick right into the community.
