• A girl's purple 10-speed Magna mountain bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen between 7:35 a.m. Sept. 14 and 4 p.m. Sunday from where it was locked to a fence along a sidewalk on the 400 block of Logan Avenue near Geneva High School.

• Over the last three weeks, someone has stolen three rental bicycles from Mill Race Cyclery, 11 E. State St. The latest theft was at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, when a man rode away on a bike. Two women's and one men's Electra Townie 21 bicycles, all silver-colored, were taken from a bicycle rack outside the business. They were unlocked during business hours. The three are valued at $1,350.

Kane County

• A resident on Bittersweet Lane in St. Charles Township reported about $400 worth of damage was done to a concrete deer statue in front of the home sometime between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

• Jesus Daniel Perez-Martinez, 32, of the 500 block of South Union Street in Aurora was arrested and charged with driving a vehicle with a suspended license and having no proof of insurance at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday. He was stopped near Wind Energy Drive and Kirk Road in Batavia Township.

• Karl E. Carlock, 24, of the 200 block of Fairview Drive in St. Charles, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday near Route 47 and Pierce Street in Campton Township, police said.

• David R. Pasquale, 50, of Willow Street in Lake in the Hills, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:04 a.m. Wednesday near routes 47 and 20 in Rutland Township.
