Sans oath, Petraeus report is suspect

If Gen. David Petraeus were under oath his report may have meant something. As it stands it should mean nothing to decision making relative to this occupation. Colin Powell in 2003 was also not under oath. It is time for politicians and citizens to speak out urgently for an immediate withdrawal from Iraq.
