Clothing, toy, and equipment resale: Join Kids' Place, Parents Who Care, and One Plus One Multiples for a large sale at Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 Park Blvd. Hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today.

Find bargains on fall and winter clothing, sizes newborn to 6X and up, maternity items, strollers, car seats, high chairs, swings, toys, books, games, videos, and more.

Saturday morning at Park Place: Stop by the Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 South Park Blvd., from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Sept. 15. Ages 3 to 7 can wear their comfy pajamas and bring a favorite teddy bear.

Attendees will make a breakfast of pancakes and muffins, a craft and play in the Park Place Fun Zone. The registration deadline is today.

Building Block Preschool: Registration is under way for Building Block Preschool's two-, three- and five-day-a-week programs.

Children will learn through play as they are taught skills to help develop creativity as well as educational and emotional well-being. Instructors create a friendly atmosphere, and gear the curriculum to make sure children have the skills needed to enter kindergarten.
