4 units left at Morgan's Gate
Lennar announces it is down to the final four single-family homes at Morgan's Gate in Wood Dale. The builder says the homes have been popular with buyers who want to enjoy the amenities of a new home, but without leaving the area.
Located near the intersection of Route 83 and Montrose Avenue, Morgan's Gate offers nine single-family homes and 26 townhouses. Priced from the $580,000s, the single-family homes are available in three floor plans -- the Windsor, Radcliffe and Berkshire.
Homes range from 2,896 to 3,464 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, eat-in kitchens, first-floor dens, full basements and attached three-car garages. One home is available for immediate delivery, while the other three have delivery dates through the fall.
"We were pleased, but certainly not surprised, that the first five single-family homes sold shortly after we introduced them at Morgan's Gate," says Leigh Nevers, vice president of marketing for Lennar.
Homes include kitchens with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, pantries and preparation islands; master bedrooms with walk-in closets and volume ceilings; master baths with double-bowl, raised vanities; laundry rooms with a tub and washer and dryer; central air conditioning; sodded sites with mulched beds; and an exterior lighting package.
While most single-family homes will be available for move-in by September, the 2,896-square-foot Windsor is available for immediate delivery. Priced at $588,900, the home offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, an open living and dining room and a loft. Upstairs, the master suite spans the rear of the home.
The 3,464-square-foot Berkshire is scheduled for August delivery. Priced at $612,900, the Berkshire is the largest home at Morgan's Gate with four bedrooms and 2½ baths.
The 3,267-square-foot Radcliffe is available for delivery in September. Priced at $606,900, the home boasts an eat-in kitchen that opens to a two-story family room.
Morgan's Gate less than a mile from the Wood Dale Metra station at Irving Park and Wood Dale roads. Residents will live within 36 minutes of downtown Chicago by taking the Metra.
To visit Morgan's Gate, take I-290 to Route 83 and head north. Turn left at Montrose Avenue and then right at Spruce Street. The sales center is located at 101 N. Spruce.
