Thanks for a great day on the gridiron

On behalf of the faculty, staff and administration of both of our buildings, we would like to thank the communities of Glenbard South and Glenbard West.

The football game on Saturday was a testament to the support our students receive from their parents and community members. The game and all the "buzz" that led up to it created an excitement not felt in the school communities in many years.

The sportsmanship demonstrated by the fans is what high school athletics should be. The thrilling finish proved that our athletes never gave up. They played with great courage and heart.

As principals we could not have asked for better cooperation from our Booster organizations. They led the way in having this event be about more than a win or a loss; it was about celebrating students and coming together as a community.

We couldn't be prouder to be principals of these fine schools.
