In the dark about a celebrity sighting
I saw his picture on "Back Page" in your Aug. 21 edition and it took me back to a recent January.
Our son was driving us to lunch in San Francisco near where they live in the Bay Area. I was sitting next to him. As we stopped at a red light in the heart of the city, Korey, our daughter-in-law in the back seat, squealed: "Oh, it's him!"
I looked to my right where a gaggle of people were standing at the curb about 15 feet away. I instinctively waved without having the slightest idea who they were. The nice-looking young fella smiled and waved happily back at us as we drove away.
Korey said it was Ryan Seacrest. Who is he?
