• Michiko Lattyak, 58, of 4900 Tarrington Drive was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 20 at Palatine and Ela roads and charged with battery after police say she hit an officer with her vehicle while the officer was directing traffic, a police report said. She has court on Oct. 3.

• Esther Sin, 17, of 1642 Warrington Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 25 at Main Street near Coldspring Drive and charged with disorderly conduct, a police report said. She has court on Sept. 20.
