• Frank Leviseur, 23, of 1155 Terrace Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Aug. 24 at 801 S. Route 59 and charged with theft, a police report said. He has court Sept. 11.

• Jose Lopez, 18, of 435 Addison St., Elgin, was arrested Aug. 26 at Lake Street and Oak Avenue and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, a police report said. He has court Sept. 26.

• Jeffrey Schulze, 46, of 851 Marina Terrace, and Emilliano Lara, 52, of 265 Wayne Court were arrested at Munger and Stearns roads and charged with unlawful dumping, a police report said. Schulze was also charged with disobeying a traffic control device, the report said. They have court Oct. 2.

• Melton Black, 38, of 906 South 10th Ave., Maywood, was arrested Aug. 24 by Maywood police and charged with burglary to motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, a police report said. Also arrested was Clarence E. Flowers, 42, of 1110 S. First Ave., Maywood, who was charged with theft and control over stolen property, the report said.

• Raul Duran, 17, of 2440 Leslie Lane, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Aug. 24 at his residence and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a police report said.

• Luis Santillan-Andrade, 18, of 2011 Narcissus Ave. was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Aug. 24 at his residence and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, a police report said.

• Luis Olea, 18, of 6300 Church St., No. 101A, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 25 at Astor and Narcissus avenues and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and no valid drivers license, a police report said.
